Vegan Dirty Fries


These vegan dirty fries are amazing and a proper comfort treat. Spicy, with great flavours and textures, if you're a non-meat eater looking for something a little naughty, then these are perfect for you.

Time to prepare

  • SuperCrunch Chips
  • 1 x Sliced advocado
  • 6 x Vegan bacon rashers
  • 2 x Sliced fresh chillies (green and red so it looks nice!)
  • 1 x Sliced red onion
  • BBQ sauce & vegan mayo mix
  • Fresh coriander to garnish

How to make these vegan dirty fries

These vegan dirty fries are super easy to make, our ingredients are there for suggestion, play around and mix and match. If you like it extra spicy why not add cajun spice and tabasco into the mix, or even a couple of extra chillis!

  • Cook Aviko SuperCrunch as per pack instructions
  • Cook vegan bacon as per pack instructions

Whilst you're cooking the chips and bacon, do the following:

  • Slice red onion
  • Slice your chilli
  • Chop some fresh coriander
  • Mix together vegan mayo with BBQ sauce.

When the chips and bacon are cooked, chop the bacon up into bits and then in a large bowl mix everythign together with some of your mayo, BBQ sauce mix. Serve up and sprinkle your fresh corriander to give it that nice touch.

Tuck in and enjoy!

Idea:  Why not make a meal out of it, serve with a salad, maybe some sort of bread (wraps, pita, garlic bread).
