1. Prepare the Aviko SuperCrunch Oven Chips, following the
instructions on the packaging
2. Whilst the chips are cooking, panfry the peppers and set
aside. Season the steak and pan fry on a high heat when the chips
are nearly cooked
3. Top the chips with fried steak and peppers, sprinkle with
sliced Jalapeno
Serve a tomato and red onion relish
