STICKY BBQ MARINADE
1. Prepare the sticky BBQ marinade by mixing all ingredients
together and marinate the chicken. Leave to marinate for at least
1-2 hours
2. Par-boil the corn on the cob
3. Prepare the Aviko Sweet Potato Fries Rib Cut following the
instructions on the packaging
4. Pan-fry or oven bake the chicken wings until cooked
through
5. Grill the corn on the cob for a couple of minutes until golden
brown
6. Serve the chicken wings, corn on the cob and sweet potato fries
with salad leaves
Serve with a smoky Chipotle dip - combine 1.5 tbs of Chipotle paste with 2-3 tbs of mayonnaise for a smoky dip
