Side Dish - Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 500g mixed, white and red cabbage
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 red onions
  • seasalt and black pepper
  • flatleaf parsley

Dressing

  • 125ml Crème Fraiche
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin

Description

1. Thinly slice the white and red cabbage
2. Peel and grate the carrot
3. Slice the onions into very thin rings
4. Combine all the ingredients for the dressing
5. Mix all ingredients together and garnish with finely chopped parsley

Tip

Add some Dijon or Wholegrain mustard for a spicy coleslaw
