‘Totchos’ - Aviko Hash Brown Bite Nachos


This dish is the perfect spicy sharer! Our delicious, crispy Hash Brown Bites make a great substitution for tortilla chips in nachos, cover them in cheese and chillis then serve with your favourite dips - we think guacamole and salsa work best!


4 as a sharer or 2 as a main

Time to cook:

25 minutes




  1. Cook Aviko Hash Brown Bites as per packet
  2. To make salsa finely diced ingredients then mix to combine and season with a pinch of salt
  3. For the Guacamole roughly chop onion, tomato and chilli then mash together with avocado, lime juice and a pinch of salt
  4. Once Hash Brown Bites are cooked cover them with grated cheese and return to the oven for further 5 minutes
  5. Once cheese is melted top with chopped chills and spring onions
  6. Serve topped with half of the salsa and guacamole with the remainder on the side


1 packet Aviko Hash Brown Bites

200g Cheddar cheese (grated)

2 Chillis (Red and Green)

3 Spring onions


2 Avocados

1 Small red onion

Handful Coriander leaves

1 Red Chilli

Juice of 1 lime


100g Tomatoes

Handful Coriander leaves

1 Yellow pepper

1 Green chilli

Juice of 1 lime
