Ingredients

  • 500g Aviko Hash Brown Bites (1 bag)
  • 8 Rashes of Smoked Bacon
  • 8 Sausage
  • Oil for cooking
  • Tub of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper
  • Worcestershire Sauce

Description

1. Prepare the hash brown bites following the instructions on the packaging
2. Saute the cherry tomatoes in a little oil on a low heat, season with sea salt, black pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce
3. Fry the bacon and sausage in a large pan, set aside 
4. Fry the eggs 

Tip

Serve with fried onions and garlic for an all-day breakfast
