1.Prepare the hash brown bites following the instructions on the
packaging
2.Slice the peaches and spring onions
3.Briefly roast the chopped walnuts in a ho frying pan (no
oil)
3. Mix all the ingredientss together
4. Sprinkle with freshly chopped mint
5. For the dressing, whicsk all ingredients together and drizzle
over the salad
Add some sliced apple (or replace the peach) for added crunch
