1. Preheat the oven to 220°C
2. Combine the garlic, with the rosemay and parsley, season to
taste
3. Divide the herb mixture over the fish fillets
4. Use squares of baking paper to wrap the fish into small
parcels
5. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes
6. In the meantime, pan-fry the Aviko Herb Diced Potatoes
7. Serve with lemon wedges
