1. Prepare the Aviko Hash Brown Bites, following the
instructions on the packaging
2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese, herbs and lemon zest
3. Season the fish and pan-fry in a little oil on one side for
about 3 minutes
4. Turn the pieces of fish over and divide the herb mixture over
the pieces of fish. Grill for 2-3 minutes under a pre-heated
grill for a couple of minute until the crumb in golden brown and
crunchy
5. Serve with lemon wedges and Aviko Hash Brown Bites
Serve with mushy peas and tartare sauce
