Rosti Fish'n chips

  • 500g Aviko Hash Brown Bites (1 bag)
  • 6-8 pieces of 100g fish
  • 70g breadcrumbs
  • handful of grated Parmesan
  • zest of one lemon
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley 
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges


1. Prepare the Aviko Hash Brown Bites, following the instructions on the packaging
2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese, herbs and lemon zest
3. Season the fish and pan-fry in a little oil on one side for about 3 minutes
4. Turn the pieces of fish over and divide the herb mixture over the pieces of fish.  Grill for 2-3 minutes under a pre-heated grill for a couple of minute until the crumb in golden brown and crunchy
5. Serve with lemon wedges and Aviko Hash Brown Bites


Serve with mushy peas and tartare sauce
