Churros with Chocolate Sauce and Chopped Hazelnuts


Stare into the chocolate and get lost in the rich and...sorry we drifted off there. These are sensational, chocolate, crushed nuts, icing sugar and delicious churros. It's a match made in heaven.

We're not sure you'd want to share, but you could pretend to invite 3 friends to serve 4, but we know that's not happening. Is it?


  • Aviko Oven Bake Churros
  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 300ml Double Cream
  • 50g Hazelnuts
  • Icing Sugar (for dusting)


  1. Cook Aviko Churros as per packet instructions

  2. Break up chocolate and melt in the microwave, or in a bowl over a pan of boiling water, stirring regularly

  3. Once melted add cream and stir to combine

  4. Chop up hazelnuts roughly

  5. Dust churros and serve alongside chocolate dipping sauce and hazelnuts
