SOUR CREAM DIP
TOMATO SALSA
1. Prepare the Aviko SuperCrunch Oven Chips and Aviko Sweet
Potato Fries Rib Cut, following the instructions on the
packaging
2. For the houmous, place all ingredients in a food processor and
pulse until the houmous forms a coarse paste, season to taste
3. For the sour cream dip, finely chop a handful of chives and
combine with the soured cream, combine and season with freshly
ground black pepper
4. For the tomato salsa, roughly chop all ingredients, then place
in a food processor and pulse. Ensure it does not turn into a paste
(alternatively, you can finely chop all ingredients)
5. Serve in bowls as a snack to share
Add extra flavour to the houmous by blending in fresh coriander or roasted red peppers
