Cajun Style Prawns




Preparation: 10 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins




  • 450g Aviko Sweet Potato Fries Rib Cut (1 bag) 
  • 160g (1 packet) of king prawns
  • Cajun spice mix 
  • 6-8 leaves Little gem lettuce
  • vine tomatoes 
  • Red or green chilli, finely slices 
  • Fresh coriander 
  • 1.5 tbs Chipotle paste 
  • 3-4 tbs mayonnaise 
  • 1 lime cut into wedges


1. Prepare the Aviko Sweet Potato Fries Rib Cut following the instructions on the packaging
2. Grill or pan fry the tomatoes, set aside
3. When the Sweet Potato Fries are nearly cooked, season the prawns with Cajun seasoning
4. Pan-fry the prawns and top with chilli and coriander
5. Serve the prawns in the little gem lettuce leaves with a side of Sweet Potato Fries and a wedge of lime and the grilled tomattoes
6. Combine the Chipotle paste with the mayonnaise for a smoky dip.


Add some Piri Piri spice mix to the prawns for extra spice
