Caesar Style Salad

  • 2   garlic cloves
  • 75g   anchovy fillets (in oil)
  • 50g   parmesan cheese
  • 100ml   Oil (e.g. Canola oil)
  • 1 tbsp Medium strength mustard
  • 3  Eggs, boiled
  • 50 ml  milk
  • 150 g  sour cream  
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp  lemon juice
  • 500g   Romaine or Little Gem lettuce
  • 1  red pepper


1. Prepare the Aviko Hash Brown Bites, following the instructions on the packaging
2. Slice the chicken into thin strip and fry on a medium heat in a little oil until golden brown
3. Chop the lettuce and slice the red pepper into thin strips
4. In a blender, grind the garlic, anchovy, Parmesan and eggs into a fine paste, then mix in the other ingredients to create a thick dressing.
5. Dress the salad, red peppers and chicken, serve with hash brown bites


Add some crispy streaky bacon for extra crunch
