500g Aviko Hash Brown Bites (1
bag)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large red onion
1 packet lardons (180-250g)
1. Prepare the hash brown bites following the instructions on
the packaging
2. Finely slice the red onion and fry in vegetable oil on a low
heat until soft, set aside
3. Fry the lardons until crispy
4. When the bites are cooked, combine with onion and
lardons, season with freshly ground black pepper
Sprinkly with grated cheese and heat under the grill until melted for a cheesy treat
