Air Fryer Fish Fingers with Sweet Potato Fries


These homemade fish fingers were amazing and really easy to make and cook in the air fryer. We cooked them with our Sweet Potato Fries which worked a treat, but you could easily serve with a side salad or in a sandwich.



Time to prepare & cook

30 minutes


  1. Slice fish into chunky fingers
  2. Coat each fish finger with egg, flour then breadcrumbs
  3. Cook fish fingers in Air Fryer for 10 minutes at 200C turning halfway
  4. Cook Aviko Sweet Potato Fries as per packet
  5. Finely chop gherkins, capers and parsley then mix with mayonnaise and lemon juice
  6. Serve fish fingers with tartar sauce and sweet potato fries, or with salad in a sandwich


300g White fish eg cod

2 Eggs

100g Plain Flour (seasoned with salt)

100g Breadcrumbs (Use panko for extra crunch)

Aviko Sweet Potato Fries

Tartar sauce:

100g Mayonnaise

3-4 Gherkins

2 Tsp Capers

3 Tbsp Parsley

Juice of half a lemon
