You need these crunchy, bendy, juicy sticks of fun in your life! We've made them in the air fryer, but they can be made in a conventional oven too.

To Serve:
Carefully slice corn cobs into quarters lengthways
Cook Aviko Herb Diced Potatoes as per pack
Brush corn cobs with oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper seasoning
Cook corn cobs for 10 minutes in at Air Fryer at 200C turning half-way (or for 15 minutes in a 200C oven)
Serve corn cobs and herb diced potatoes together with sriracha mayo, lime wedges, coriander and chilli.
These would also be perfect for BBQs as finger food.
