Potatoes, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, rice flour, dextrin, raising agents (E450, E500), maltodextrin, thickener (E415), turmeric, paprika extract
Preheat oven to 220°C. Spread 500g portion on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 15-20 min. Turn fries halfway through cooking time.
Cook from frozen.

Pre-heat frying oil to 175°C. Deep fry 500g portion of fries for 3-5 min. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying time when frying smaller portions.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Fry 750g portion of fries for 10 minutes. Give them a shake halfway through cooking. (Based on use of a Philips Airfryer XL).
