Potatoes, sunflower oil, modified starch, rice flour,

raising agent (E500, E450), thickener (E415).
Preheat oven at 220°C. Spread portions of 500g on a
baking tray with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle
of the oven and bake for 15-20 min. Turn half way through cooking
Pre-heat frying oil to max. 175°C. Deep fry
portions of 500g for 3-5 min. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying
time when frying smaller portions.
Heat 15g (2 tbsp) of oil or butter in a frying pan.
