powder, mushroom powder, matodextrin, spices, stabiliser
Preheat oven at 220ºC during 10 minutes (electrical oven
level 7, gas oven level 5). Spread the preferred quantity equally
on the baking tray (preferably on baking paper). Place the
tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the product for about 15-20
minutes. Meanwhile turn them until they are golden yellow and
crispy. Fry smaller quantities for a shorter period. Preparation
time will be shorter in a turbo-heating.
Preheat frying oil to 175ºC. Fry quantities (± 500g) for
about 3-5 minutes until the product is golden yellow and crispy.

Heat some oil or butter. Put the product in the frying
pan as soon as the butter is melted. Bake the product 10-15 minutes
until golden yellow andcrispy. Turn regularly.
