Bistro Garlic and Herb Wedges

Ingredients

Potatoes, sunflower oil, modified potato starch, garlic powder, salt, potato starch, rice flour, dextrin, parsley, maltodextrin, herbs, rapeseed oil, flavouring.

Cooking information

In the oven

Preheat oven to 220°C. Spread 500g portion on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 15-20 min. Turn wedges halfway through cooking time.

On the hob

Heat 15g (2 tbsp) of oil or butter in a frying pan. Fry the product for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Turn the product regularly.

Deep fryer

Pre-heat frying oil to 175°C. Deep fry 500g portion of fries for 3-5 min. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying time when frying smaller portions.

Air fryer

Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Fry 450g portion of fries for 10 minutes. Give them a shake halfway through cooking. (Based on use of a Philips Airfryer XL).
